1️⃣ How do I order DTF transfers from Duck Luck Printing?

You have two easy options:

DTF Transfer Singles (Upload by Size) – upload your own artwork and price is based on image size.
Gang Sheet Builder – upload your own designs or choose from our growing design library and arrange multiple images on one sheet.

Both options are designed to be fast, reliable, and easy to use.

2️⃣ What’s the difference between DTF Singles and Gang Sheets?

DTF Singles are best when you only need one design at a specific size.

Gang Sheets are best when you want to:
• Mix multiple designs
• Print multiple sizes
• Maximize value per sheet

If you’re printing more than one image, gang sheets usually save money.

3️⃣ What file types can I upload?

We accept the following file types:

✔ PNG
✔ PDF
✔ SVG
✔ AI
✔ EPS

For best results, files should be 300 DPI and have a transparent background.

4️⃣ What DPI should my artwork be?

300 DPI is recommended for the best print quality.

If your file is lower than 300 DPI, you may see a warning — but you can still proceed.
Lower DPI files may result in reduced print clarity, especially at larger sizes.

5️⃣ Can I mix multiple designs on one gang sheet?

Yes — absolutely.

You can mix:
• Different designs
• Different sizes
• Multiple quantities

All on the same gang sheet.

This is one of the biggest advantages of using the gang sheet builder.

6️⃣ How do I use the Design Library?

Inside the Gang Sheet Builder:

  1. Click Create a Gang Sheet

  2. Click Library on the left

  3. Browse categories or search designs

  4. Click a design to add it to your sheet

✨ New designs are added regularly.

7️⃣ Does the Design Library cost extra?

No.
Library designs are priced the same way as uploaded designs — based on size or sheet length.

You’re paying for the print, not the artwork.

8️⃣ What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is fast and clearly posted on the product page.

Orders placed before the daily cutoff often qualify for same-day or next-day printing, depending on order volume.

If you’re on a tight deadline, feel free to message us before ordering.

9️⃣ Do you fix or edit artwork?

We print exactly what is uploaded or selected.

We do not:
• Redesign artwork
• Remove unwanted backgrounds
• Correct spelling or layout

Please double-check your file before checkout to ensure it prints exactly how you want.

How do I place an order with Duck Luck Printing?

Most orders can be placed directly through our website — that’s the fastest way to get started.
For bulk orders, embroidery, or custom projects not listed online, feel free to message us or email and we’ll point you in the right direction or select get a quote at the top of home page.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We specialize in custom work — apparel, embroidery, DTF transfers, and laser items.
Custom orders that require quotes or special setup may not be listed online, so just reach out and we’ll take care of you.

What is your standard turnaround time?

Turnaround times vary by product and are listed on each product page.
DTF transfers are typically fast, and many qualify for same-day or next-day printing depending on order time and volume.

Do you offer rush or same-day service?

For some DTF orders — yes!
Rush availability depends on order size and workload, so if timing is critical, message us before ordering to confirm.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, Venmo, and approved invoices for qualifying customers.

Do you offer bulk or quantity discounts?

Yes!
Gang sheets include built-in volume pricing, and bulk discounts may be available for large apparel, embroidery, or fundraiser orders.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer local pickup for customers in our area.
Pickup details and instructions are provided once your order is ready.

Do you ship orders?

Yes — we ship nationwide. Shipping options are available at checkout.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You’ll receive a notification when your order is completed and ready for pickup or shipment.

What items can be embroidered?

Hats, polos, jackets, hoodies, bags, and more.
If you’re unsure whether an item can be embroidered, just ask!

Is there a digitizing fee?

Most embroidery designs require digitizing.
Digitizing fees vary based on complexity and are quoted as needed. Once digitized, the file can often be reused.

Is there a minimum order for embroidery?

Minimums may apply depending on the item and design. Message us for details on your specific project.

Can I bring my own garments?

Customer-provided garments may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Please message us before ordering, as not all items are suitable for printing or embroidery.

Do you help with design work?

Light adjustments may be available, but full design services are not included unless discussed in advance.
If design work is required, additional fees may apply.

Will you fix my artwork?

We print exactly what is submitted or selected.
Please double-check spelling, sizing, and layout before ordering.

Do you offer refunds?

Custom items are not refundable once production has started.

What if there’s a print issue?

If there is an issue caused by us, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us promptly with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
