Ultra Soft DTF PRINTS - GANG SHEETS

Direct to film (DTF) prints are available today!!!!  We use a commercial grade printer, finest quality ink and film. 

This is a GREAT solution to create full color items with no minimum of quantity.  These prints are VERY durable.  They last for 50+ washes, they do not require any per-treating to press, and they are very soft.  These prints can be applied to any fabric!

DTF REQUIRES NO MINIMUM QUANTITY

This listing is for GANG sheet pricing.  All GANG sheets must be submitted already assembled.  They must meet the following qualifications:

• SIZED according to the selection you chose
  
• High Resolution, 300 DPI or greater
• CMYK (Note: If it is submitted in RGB the printer will convert to the closest color option)
• .PNG, .EPS .PSD or .SVG format
• Must be flattened
• Transparent Background
• Check all spelling, sizes before submitting

Please select the size you wish to have each image printed as. 

Requirements to PRESS:

• You MUST HAVE A HEAT PRESS, these will not work with a cricut press, nor an IRON.
• Prints need to be pressed at 300 degrees for 13 seconds using medium pressure
• Cool completely, remove the film (hold the garment tight, and pull the film at a 45 degree angle)
• Then repress for 7 seconds with Teflon (for a shiny finish) or craft paper (for a matte finish) covering.

**DTF TAT (turn around time) is 1-3 business days (M-F) 

• The day your order is placed is DAY 0
• Cutoff time is 4PM on DAY 0 for processing
• Orders will be primarily printed after 4PM M-F, all items will go out with USPS the next business day or UPS the following afternoon.
