- To avoid digitizing fees we require a .dst file.  If you do not have that (most do not) we can digitize your design for a small fee.  To do so, we prefer high-resolution vector files (e.g., .ai, .eps) or high-quality image files (e.g., .jpg, .png). Our team can help with design file requirements.

    • No, digitizing is not included in the pricing and is an extra cost.

    • Yes, we offer bulk pricing for embroidery orders starting at a quantity of 25 or more items. Bulk orders may be eligible for discounts.

  7. Can rush orders be accommodated, and what is the associated fee?

    • Rush orders can often be accommodated at Duck Luck Printing, but this depends on factors such as inventory and current workload. All rush orders will incur a $25 fee.

  8. What is the standard turnaround time for embroidery orders?

    • The standard turnaround time for embroidery orders at Duck Luck Printing is generally 2 weeks, unless otherwise stated. Please keep this timeframe in mind when placing your order.
