How do I return a product?

Do you ship to my country?

Currently Duck Luck Printing services USA.  Orders for outside USA will be evaluated on a case by case basis, please contact us using the contact page. 

Do I pay for shipping?

Shipping for all orders less than $50 will be calculated during the checkout process. 

Can I track  my order?

Yes!!  Once the order has been fulfilled you will receive tracking information via email.

When will I receive my order?

Current production time is between 3-10 business days.

Are rush orders available?

Yes, rush orders are available for select items.  Reach out to us using the contact page for more information.

Can I place bulk orders?

Yes, please contact us using the contact page for order review and bulk pricing. 

Can I order customized items?

Yes!  Duck Luck Printing will work with you to come up with an acceptable design.  We offer this service for personal and business needs.  Excessive customization may cost extra.
